Sour Cream Biscuits

2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 tablespoon shortening 1cup non-fat sour cream or yogurt
Sift flour,soda,salt and cream of tartar together.Add shortening. Mix well. Add 1 cup non-fat sour cream or yogurt. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
Makes 12 biscuits.
